Final Sale Policy

All orders placed on Soultied are final. We highly encourage our customers to review the size guide before making a purchase. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues or dissatisfaction with the product.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a refund or replacement, please provide clear images of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send out a replacement order at no additional cost.

Items Lost in Transit

By placing an order, you agree to our estimated shipping times. While most orders are delivered within the stated time frames, unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections may cause delays. If your order has not arrived and exceeds our displayed time frame by 10 business days, please contact us. We will then:

  • Confirm the status of your order, and if deemed lost in transit, either issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges, except in the cases of defective or damaged products as stated above. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before finalizing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Soultied is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided in your order. In the event of such inquiries, we will confirm delivery details, including:

  • The delivery address provided,
  • The date of delivery,
  • Tracking information,
  • The shipping carrier used.

It is the customer’s responsibility to investigate any lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.
